2. I found the pillow I want but don't see the right size. Is there any way to get one in the size I am looking for?

3. Do you ship outside of the US?
At this time, we are only accepting orders in the USA.
4. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Each pillow will be ready to ship within 3-5 business days and then will take about 2-4 business days to arrive to your home. Please allow 7-10 business days to ship when pillows are purchased during a sale.
5. Do you accept returns?
We do our very best to make sure you can buy with confidence already knowing that the pillow will look great in your space. We currently do not accept returns due to the nature of our product. We want each customer to receive their pillows brand new with no usage, animal hair, smoke smell, etc.
Please know that if you are unhappy with your pillow for any reason, please don't hesitate to email us at info@acornpillows.com and we will be happy to assist.
6. I am just not sure if the pillow will look good in my space. What can I do since there are no returns?
Email a clear picture of your couch/space to info@acornpillows.com with the pillow(s) names you would like to see in your space and we will email your photo back with the cropped pillows on your couch within 2-3 business days.
7. Are pillow forms included? What size pillow form do I need?
Pillow forms are NOT included with purchase. The pillow form size you need depends on the look you are going for. If you are going for a fuller look, we recommend forms that are 1- 2" larger than your pillow cover. For a standard look, a form the size of the pillow cover works great. For lumbar pillows, we recommend the size of the form and the size of the cover be the same.
Recycle your inserts! Use the ones you already have by taking off the covers and replacing it with your new Acorn Pillow cover.
8. What does it mean "sizes are approximate"?
Each pillow is cut at the size listed, but during the sewing process, the pillow gets smaller by about 1/2" on each side. For example, an 18x18 pillow cover after it is sewn will be about 17.5"x17.5", but an 18x18 pillow form will still work perfectly for this pillow cover.
9. What does it mean by "undetermined fiber content and origin"?
The fiber content and origin of the fabric is sometimes not available or accessible at time of purchase.
10. How do I plant my seedpaper leaf I received with my order?
As a sincere "thank you," each Acorn Pillows order contains a small gift that personifies what we love: simple, down-to-earth beauty. Each of you will receive a seeded paper leaf representing the leaf of an oak tree. Embedded within it are wildflower seeds. Plant this leaf, and it will grow! Simply plant flat in your garden or in a pot under 1/8" of soil, keep moist, give it 4 hours of direct sunlight a day, and watch as these plants can grow up to 3 ft. tall! The seeds include Snapdragon, Petunia, Beardtongue, Daisy, Thyme, Poppy, Foxglove, Catchfly, Madien Pinks, and Chamomile. It is made with 100% post industrial waste and are 100% tree free.
